Private Sessions
Private Sessions are a wonderful way to experience Pilates. Sessions are done one-on-one with a Pilates instructor tailoring the one hour session to fit the client's needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment as well as mat work may be incorporated during a private session.

Semi-Private (Duet) Sessions
Semi-Private Sessions consist of two individuals working together with one trainer on Pilates equipment. Private sessions are highly recommended but not required before starting semi-private sessions. Any and all Pilates equipment as well as mat work will be incorporated during a private session. These classes are great way to work out with a pal and it allows for you both to share the cost.

Group Equipment Classes (Four students per class)
The Group Equipment Class is an excellent way to work with the Reformer apparatus without having to pay the fees of a private or duet class. Participation in Group Equipment Classes is contingent on completion of the "Introduction to Reformer" series (see below), or students must participate in 4 private/semiprivate sessions before attending equipment classes, unless cleared by an instructor . This ensures that each student is familiar with the equipment and their own special modifications, whic allows the multi-level classes to move more smoothly.

Introduction to Reformer
This 4 week series will introduce you to the most popular piece of apparatus, the Reformer. In these four sessions you will take the time to learn the basic principles of Pilates as well as learning your way around the Reformer to prepare you for Group Classes. There are no make-ups sessions. Please be sure you can attend all four classes. 4 Week Series $125
