Even amidst sickness, losing my voice, exhaustion, and battling the 15 minute walk to and from class everyday, I enjoyed every minute of it. It is an extreme feat to be able to commit to something like this (especially for us New Yorkers!) so I'm happy to have been part of the energy and community at the Yoga Room that kept me going. I think the most important thing I learned is to pace myselft and push my ego aside. Sometimes just showing up and staying true to your commitments is the biggest accomplishment of all.
